The queen-size four-poster bed gives the Karen Blixen Suite its centre of gravity. Around it, dark timber, worked mirrors and warm textiles create depth without closing the room in. Beyond the sleeping area, red armchairs, a carved bench and a fireplace form a distinct place to sit. The tadelakt bathroom also receives daylight through timber shutters. Each part of the 30 m² suite keeps its own personality, yet all speak the same language of strong materials and natural tones.
