Restored, never frozen in time.

Historic passage between the palace courtyards

In the early 2010s, the Costa family acquired this historic Marrakchi residence. Drawn to the building, its story and its character, they chose a faithful restoration: preserving painted ceilings, woodwork, columns, zellige and old doors while allowing the house to keep evolving.
