On the ground floor, Léon l’Africain unfolds across 26 m² in a long, high-ceilinged room articulated by a series of arches. The queen-size bed gives way to a sitting area set over a saffron and brick-toned kilim. Two pale armchairs, an inlaid table and an alcove bench create a distinct place to pause. Opposite, aged timber cupboards and a brick-lined fireplace niche warm the white walls, while amber-glass lanterns draw the eye upward. The bathroom continues the mineral palette with sand-coloured plaster, pale mosaic tiles and a built-in basin. Daylight connects each part of the room.
From bed to sitting area, the kilim and amber lanterns carry the eye through the room.
